Question by Mike Guevara: Getting into a password protected Windows XP admistrator account from a regular accout. Please help?
My girlfriend needs to get into her parents admistrator account on her computer, because she needs to do a system restore from her regular account. How can she find out the password using the computer? She tried using the “Command Prompt” thing on her regular account, and it didn’t bring up the password for her parents account. What can she do to get the password for the account? Serious answers only please. I will award a best answer to the persons answer who actually gets the password!

You can’t. There is a program you can run but chances are you don’t have it. Unless you know your parent’s answer, she won’t be able to get in. Sorry…

windows 7 open command prompt here?

I have windows 7 and I really need to use the “open command prompt here” option. I have tried right clicking on different files and pressing the shift key but that option will not appear? Anyone know anything about this?

Shift-Right click on a folder works for me.
